摘要
为减少模板支撑系统坍塌失稳事故,利用有限元软件对支撑架进行屈曲分析,研究碗扣式模板支撑架极限承载能力。建立线性半刚性节点模型,同时考虑立杆与水平杆连接节点的竖向及水平向转动刚度。并将有限元计算结果与试验结果进行对比,验证了有限元模型的可靠性。利用校核的有限元模型研究了悬臂长度、可调拖撑螺纹直径、钢管规格、连接节点刚度对碗扣支撑架极限承载力的影响。
In order to reduce the collapsed accident of cuplock supporting frame,the finite element bulking analysis has been conducted to study the ultimate bearing capacity.This paper established a linear semi-rigid model,which considered the lateral and longitudinal connection stiffness between the longitudinal pole and horizontal pole.By comparison with the test results,the FE results has been proven to be effective.By using the proposed finite element model,this paper explores the influences of cantilever length,thread diameter of adjustable brace,size of steel tube and stiffness of semi-rigid joint on the limit load of the cuplock supporting frame.
