摘要 面板式刀盘土压盾构在掘进软土地层时,因其刀盘开口率小,掘进过程中会遇到姿态难调整、推力大、刀盘易结泥饼等问题。结合工程实例,从盾构始发洞门封堵、盾构姿态控制、掘进参数选择、刀盘结泥饼治理及地面沉降控制等方面分析与研究面板式刀盘土压盾构在软土地层中的掘进施工注意要点及相应处理措施。 When the panel-type cutterhead earth pressure shield tunnels into the soft soil layer,because of its small opening ratio of the cutterhead,it will encounter problems such as difficulty in adjusting the posture,large thrust,and easy to form mud cake.This paper combines engineering examples to analyze and study the panel-type cutterhead earth pressure shield in soft soil layer from the aspects of shield tunneling,gate attitude control,tunneling parameter selection,cutter face mud cake control and ground subsidence control.The key points of the excavation construction and the corresponding treatment measures provide reference for similar construction.
