摘要
以新建京张铁路清华园隧道盾构段为工程背景,介绍一种铁路大直径盾构隧道轨下结构全预制的施工技术。在传统大直径盾构隧道轨下结构中箱涵预制施工技术的基础上,该技术使用新型自行起吊、拼装一体化设备,完成大直径盾构隧道边箱涵的精准拼装,此即为轨下结构的全预制施工技术。该施工技术更好的实现了大直径盾构隧道的装配式施工,具有一定经济效益。
Based on the engineering background of the newly-built Tsinghua Park tunnel of Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway,this paper introduces a prefabricated construction technology for the under-rail structure of large-diameter shield tunnels.on the basis of the prefabrication technology of box culverts under the rail structure of traditional large-diameter shield railway tunnels,this technology uses a new type of self-lifting and assembly equipment to complete the precision assembly of the large-diameter shield tunnel side box culvert.It’s called full prefabricated construction technology for the under-rail structure.The construction technology has achieved better assembly tunnel construction of large-diameter shield tunnels and has certain economic benefit.
