徐州地铁盾构长距离下穿铁路股道时掘进参数的控制 被引量:5

摘要 根据徐州地铁1号线1期工程03标徐站区间盾构工程,分析了在上软下硬复杂地层条件下的盾构掘进参数控制技术及其变化关系。通过工程实践,有效控制推进速度、推力、扭矩、同步注浆量、土仓压力及出渣量的合理限值,加强铁路沉降监控量测与信息反馈,实现徐州火车站顺利穿越,为今后该地区同类型工程提供了技术参考。分析工程实际各项掘进参数间的相关关系,推力与掘进速度呈线性变化,推力与扭矩呈二次多项式变化关系,但相关系数受到的干扰性较大。结果表明模型试验结论与工程实践相差较大,因此只有针对不同区域不同地质情况下的具体问题对比研究,才能获得符合该地区实际情况,具有工程实践价值的各项掘进参数合理取值与相关性关系。 Based on the shield tunneling project of Xuzhou Subway line 1 in Xuzhou Station Section 03,the tunneling parameters control technology and its variation relationship under the conditions of upper soft and lower hard and complex strata are analyzed.Through engineering practice,the reasonable limits of propulsion speed,thrust,torque,synchronous grouting volume,earth pressure and slag discharge are effectively controlled,and the monitoring and measurement of Railway Settlement and information feedback are strengthened to realize smooth crossing of Xuzhou Railway Station,which provides technical reference for similar projects in this area in the future.The relationship between the actual driving parameters is analyzed.The thrust and the driving speed change linearly,and the thrust and the torque change quadratic polynomially.However,the correlation coefficient is greatly disturbed.The results show that the conclusions of model test are quite different from engineering practice.Therefore,only by comparing and studying the specific problems in different regions and different geological conditions can we obtain the reasonable values and correlations of various tunneling parameters which are in line with the actual situation of the region and have engineering practice value.
