摘要
针对钢箱梁的吊装施工技术,大多数研究是针对悬索桥、斜拉桥采用缆索吊装进行,结合自身实际情况,采用临时支墩临时支撑,汽车式起重机起吊的方式进行钢箱梁分段吊装。详细介绍临时支墩设置、梁段划分、吊装机械的选择、吊装顺序及工艺流程等方面的内容,通过工程实例证明,采用临时支墩临时支撑,汽车式起重机起吊的方式进行钢箱梁分段吊装是可行的。
In view of the hoisting construction technology of steel box girder,most studies are conducted on suspension Bridges and cable-stayed Bridges by cable hoisting.Based on the actual situation,this paper adopts temporary abutments and temporary supports to carry out segmental hoisting of steel box girder by automobile hoisting.This paper introduces in detail the installation of temporary buttress,the division of beam section,the selection of hoisting machinery,the hoisting sequence and the technological process,etc.It is proved by engineering examples that it is feasible to use temporary buttress and temporary support to carry out segmental hoisting of steel box girder by car crane.
