Construction Technology of Prefabricated Shear Wall Structure

某工程住宅楼为装配式剪力墙结构。本工程共7种构件类型,包括:预制外墙、预制内墙、预制楼梯、预制空调板、预制叠合板、预制女儿墙、预制PCF板,总构件数量约9800余块,预制率为40%。施工过程中对构件深化设计、施工组织设计、构件安装及节点施工进行了技术管理及研究,采取一系列关键技术和措施,保证施工质量。

A residential building is a prefabricated shear wall structure.There are 7 types of components in this project,including:precast outer wall,precast inner wall,precast stair,precast air conditioning panel,precast composite panel,precast parapet and precast PCF panel.The total number of components is about 9800,and the precast rate is 40%.In the process of construction,technical management and research on component design,construction organization design,component installation and node construction are carried out,and a series of key technologies and measures are taken to ensure construction quality.
