双侧非同步现浇混凝土对顶支架系统杆系应力测试与分析

摘要 随着建设工程的发展,模板支撑工程需要解决施工中高度高、跨度大、荷载大和基础条件差等难点。在目前的地铁车站的施工中,多数采用明挖法、盖挖法等方法进行施工。研究一种新的支撑体系受力形式和施工方式,即两侧墙体非同步浇筑混凝土对顶支撑体系。在地铁车站模板工程采用明挖法施工时,模板支撑体系由传统支撑体系改进,将其荷载受力方向由竖向换为横向,将主要受力杆件由立杆转换为水平横杆;同时在支撑体系两侧墙体进行非同步混凝土的浇筑。通过两侧非同步浇筑混凝土对顶支撑系统的试验进行体系内部各类杆件的应力测试与分析,为该新型施工方式及支撑受力形式提供试验和理论依据,实现该类型支撑体系在施工运用中的拓展。得到结果:模板支撑体系在传统搭设方式下,水平横杆为主要受力杆件且能水平传递压力;同时在两侧非同步浇筑混凝土的过程中,支撑体系整体承载力稳定性满足实际施工要求。 With the development of construction projects,formwork support projects need to solve the difficulties in construction such as high height,large span,large load and poor foundation conditions.In the current subway station construction,most of the methods such as open excavation and cover excavation are adopted.In this paper,a new type of support system is studied,that is,the two sides of the wall non-synchronous pouring concrete to the roof support system.When the formwork of subway station is constructed by open-cut method,the formwork support system is improved from the traditional support system,the load bearing direction of the formwork is changed from vertical to horizontal,and the main stressed bar is changed from vertical to horizontal.At the same time,unsynchronized concrete is poured on the walls on both sides of the supporting system.The stress test and analysis of all kinds of bars in the roof support system are carried out through the experiment of non-synchronous pouring concrete on both sides,which provides experimental and theoretical basis for the new construction method and the form of support force,and realizes the progress of the support system in the construction application.The results show that the horizontal bar is the main stress member of the formwork support system and can transfer the pressure horizontally.At the same time,in the process of unsynchronized concrete pouring on both sides,the overall bearing capacity stability of the support system meets the actual construction requirements.
