摘要
盾构掘进施工中电力、油脂、渣土改良添加剂的消耗在盾构施工直接成本中占较大的比重,电力消耗与盾构每掘进一环的时间、刀盘扭矩、刀盘转速、推力等密切相关;在地质条件一定时渣土的改良效果与添加剂的选用及注入参数密切相关;油脂的消耗量与掘进参数、推进速度密切相关;正确选用掘进参数、优选性价比良好的添加剂、选用合理的添加剂注入参数,是降低盾构施工成本的重要组成部分。
In the construction of shield tunneling,the consumption of electric power,grease and muck improvement additives accounts for a large proportion of the direct cost.Electric power consumption is bound up with the time,cutter head torque,cutter head speed and thrust of every driving step;Under certain geological conditions,the improvement effect of muck is closely related to the selection of additives and injection parameters,and the oil consumption is also closely related to tunneling parameters and advance speed;Therefore,the proper selection of tunneling parameters,the optimization of costeffective additives and the reasonable additive injection parameters is an important part of reducing the cost of shield construction.
