浅论管廊暗挖临时支撑变更永久支撑的可操作性

The Operability of Changing Permanent Support to Temporary Support in Pipe Gallery Undorground Excavation

浅埋暗挖中临时支撑施工,需在开挖过程中拼装。开挖完成后,施做主体前进行拆除,频繁的拼装、拆除导致工序繁琐,费时费力。四平管廊项目在实际施工中,探索出在管廊中隔墙处加入永久支撑,以代替临时支撑,永久支撑在后期不再拆除,直接浇筑于混凝土中。本文从临时支撑变更永久支撑的效益及加快进度等方面入手,探讨操作实现的可能性。

Temporary support construction in shallow and underground excavation needs to be assembled during excavation.After the excavation is completed,the main body is demolished before the implementation.Frequent assembly and demolition lead to tedious and time-consuming processes.In the actual construction of Siping Pipe Gallery project,it is explored that permanent support should be added to the partition wall of the pipe gallery to replace temporary support.Permanent support will not be dismantled in the later stage,but will be directly poured into concrete.Starting from the benefits of temporary support changing permanent support and speeding up the progress,this paper discusses the possibility of operation realization.
