深埋隧道岩爆地段地应力测试及应用探讨

摘要 以改建铁路成都至昆明线老鼻山隧道为工程依托,采用应力解除法对该隧道深埋岩爆地段的地应力进行测试,并根据岩爆烈度评定等级给出相应的岩爆预防措施。研究表明,老鼻山隧道2号工区深埋地段实测最大主应力为23.8MPa,与隧道轴线方向夹角约60°,呈大角度相交,岩体强度应力比为2.43~2.90,属于中等岩爆;施工过程中通过优化爆破参数、采用涨壳式预应力中空锚杆主动支护、钢纤维韧性喷射混凝土等技术措施有效预防岩爆发生,同时采用岩爆防护开挖台架以及工人防护装备,避免岩爆对人员、设备的损伤。 Based on the rebuilding of Laobishan tunnel on Chengdu-Kunming railway line,the stress relief method is used to test the in-situ stress in the deep rock burst area of the tunnel,and the corresponding rock burst prevention measures are given according to the rock burst intensity evaluation grade.The results show that the maximum principal stress in the deep buried section of No.2 area of Laobishan Tunnel is 23.8 MPa,which intersects with the axis direction of the tunnel at an angle of about 60 degrees.The Strength-Stress ratio of rock mass is 2.43-2.90,which belongs to medium rock burst.In the course of construction,rock burst can be effectively prevented by optimizing blasting parameters,adopting active support of bulging shell prestressing hollow bolt,steel fiber tough shotcrete and other technical measures.At the same time,rock burst protection excavation bench and worker protection equipment are adopted to avoid damage to personnel and equipment caused by rock burst.
