摘要
以中国民生银行泉州分行民生大厦工程为例,探讨施工方在施工阶段如何通过BIM技术进行建模、场地布置优化、碰撞检测、设计深化、可视化施工、进度管理、BIM+VR结合、BIM5D平台管理等应用来提高项目的管理效率、质量安全状况以及资源的统筹利用,从而为项目创造优良经济效益。
Taking the Minsheng Building of Quanzhou Branch of China Minsheng Bank as an example,this paper discusses how the construction side can use BIM technology for modeling,site layout optimization,collision detection,design deepening,visual construction,schedule management,BIM+VR integration,BIM5D platform.Applications such as management to improve project management efficiency,quality and safety,and the coordinated use of resources to create excellent economic benefits for the project.
