摘要
采用气喷纺丝法,分别对聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚砜(PSU)、聚丙烯腈(PAN)和聚苯乙烯(PS)4种聚合物纺丝溶液通过气-液同轴纺丝设备进行气流吹纺,综合对比4种聚合物纤维的成形结构、体积密度,确定了蓬松度最佳的为PS。研究溶液浓度、气压对PS纤维形貌和絮片蓬松度的影响,确定了最佳纺丝条件为溶液质量分数20%,纺丝气压0.2 MPa。此时其体积密度仅为13.32 mg/cm^(3),孔隙率高达98.66%,在-40℃的低温环境下导热率最低可达21.63 mW/mK。
Using air-jet spinning method,the four polymer spinning solutions of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),polysulfone(PSU),polyacrylonitrile(PAN)and polystyrene(PS)are respectively spun by a gas-liquid coaxial spinning equipment,and the forming structure and bulk density of the four polymer fibers are comprehensively compared to determine the PS with the best fluffiness.Then,the effects of solution concentration and air pressure on the morphology and fluffiness of PS fibers are studied in detail,and the optimal spinning conditions are determined to be a solution mass fraction of 20%and a spinning pressure of 0.2 MPa.At this time,its bulk density is only 13.32 mg/cm^(3),porosity is as high as 98.66%,and thermal conductivity at-40℃is as low as 21.63 mW/mK.
