纺织空调低能耗送回风系统节能分析

摘要 探讨纺织空调低能耗送回风系统的节能性。针对纺织空调送回风系统存在的因设计、管理不合理造成运行能耗高的问题,利用风机在管网中运行能耗组成、空气在管内流动阻力形成的基本原理,分析造成系统阻力损失和能耗增加的原因。采用低能耗送回风设计思想,在设计和运行阶段精细优化各管段局部阻力,减少系统总阻力损失,降低送回风系统能耗。 The energy saving performance of low energy consumption supply and return air system for textile air conditioning is discussed.In view of the problem of high operating energy consumption caused by unreasonable design and management in the supply and return air system of textile air conditioning,the reasons for the loss of system resistance and the increase of energy consumption are analyzed by using the basic principle of the composition of fan energy consumption in the pipe network and the formation of air flow resistance in the pipeline.Adopting a low energy supply and return air design concept,finely optimizing the local resistance of each pipe section during the design and operation stages,reducing the total resistance loss of the system and reducing the energy consumption of the supply and return air system.
