摘要
介绍了聚乳酸纤维(PLA)与精梳棉纤维(JC)的性能特点。为充分发挥两种纤维的优势,弥补不足,在涡流纺设备上开发了PLA/JC 60/4014.6 tex涡流纺混纺纱。对混纺纱开清棉工序、梳棉工序、精梳工序、并条工序和涡流纺工序的工艺参数及技术措施进行分析,并给出成纱质量指标。
The performance characteristics of polylactic acid fiber(PLA)and combed cotton fiber(JC)are introduced.In order to fully utilize the advantages of the two fibers and make up for the shortcomings,PLA/JC 60/4014.6 tex vortex spinning blended yarn is developed on vortex spinning equipment.The process parameters and technical measures of opening and cleaning process,carding process,combing process,drawing process and vortex spinning process for blended yarn are analyzed,and yarn quality indicatorsare put forward.
