复配溶胶掺杂Fe^(3+)对黏胶织物的改性与性能表征

Modification and properties characterization of viscose fabric by composite sol doped with Fe^(3+)

摘要 利用二氧化钛、明胶和壳聚糖制备复配溶胶,在其中掺入一定量的Fe^(3+),再对黏胶织物进行功能整理。以扫描电镜观察整理后织物的微观形貌,以织物增重率、防紫外线性能、力学性能和抗菌性能表征整理前后的织物性能,以探讨最佳Fe^(3+)掺杂浓度。研究表明,复配溶胶与黏胶织物具有较好的交联性,且整理后织物的增重率、防紫外线性能、力学性能和抗菌性与复配溶胶中Fe^(3+)的质量分数在一定程度上表现为正相关。Fe^(3+)最佳掺入质量分数为0.08%,在该条件下整理织物的增重率、防紫外线性能、力学性能和抗菌性均有不同程度的提高,其中UPF值高于70,大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率高于75%;水洗10次后,整理织物的紫外线防护指标UPF值保持在50以上,对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率也保持在65%以上,增重率与力学性能小幅下降,表明改性工艺可行。 Titanium dioxide,gelatin and chitosan are used to prepare composite sol which is mixed with a certain amount of Fe^(3+).Viscose fabrics are finished by composite sol.The microscopic morphology is observed by scanning electron microscope and properties of fabric weight gain rate,UV protection properties,mechanical properties and antibacterial properties before and after viscose fabrics are tested to characterize the changes of viscose fabrics to study the optimum Fe^(3+)doping concentration.Research show that the composite sol and viscose fabric have good cross-linking,and the weight gain rate,UV protection,mechanical properties and antibacterial properties of the finished fabric are positively correlated with the concentration of Fe^(3+)in the composite sol to a certain extent.The optimal concentration of Fe^(3+)is 0.08%,and the weight gain rate,UV resistance,mechanical properties and antibacterial properties of the fabrics are increased in different degrees under the concentration.The UV resistance UPF value is higher than 70,and the antibacterial rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus are higher than 75%.After washing for 10 times,the UPF value of UV protection index of the finished fabric remains above 50,and the antibacterial rate of the finished fabric to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus also remains above 65%.The weight gain rate and mechanical properties decrease slightly,indicating the feasibility of the modified process.
