基于CLO 3D技术的女性智能运动内衣设计方法 被引量:5

摘要 为满足女性对智能运动内衣穿着合体性、舒适性和智能化的需求,实现数字化设计在智能运动内衣领域的产业化应用,解决智能运动内衣在设计和生产过程中出现的版型贴体性差、设计修复频次高且周期长等问题,提出一种基于3D可视化技术和逆向结构工艺技术进行智能运动内衣设计的方法。首先,应用CLO 3D虚拟可视化设计平台扫描女性人体,获取20个人体特征部位数据,进行人体模型参数化设置;然后,以人体胸部为主要特征,进行4个部位的尺寸分析,形成合体类服装着装人体模型,构建“多维贴体松量式”的女性人体模型,在此基础上逆向进行智能运动内衣内部结构设计和工艺缝制;最后,将三维智能运动内衣多角度立体展开至二维平面样板,并对二维平面样板智能工艺缝合成衣进行评价。评价结果表明:智能运动内衣的主观测评指数在4.3分以上,该方法可以有效生成运动类合体型服装结构制版、工艺设计及成衣智能化形成。 In order to meet women’s needs for fitness,comfort and intelligence of intelligent sports underwear,realize the industrialized application of digital design in intelligent sports underwear,and solve the problems of poor version fit,high design and repair frequency and long cycle in the design and production process of intelligent sports underwear,a method of intelligent sports underwear design based on 3 D visualization technology and reverse structure technology is proposed.Firstly,using CLO5.03 D virtual visualization design platform,the data of 20 characteristic parts of female human body are scanned to carry out parameterized setting of human body model.Then,according to the human chest as the main feature,the size data of the specific four parts is analyzed to form a fit type clothing mannequin,and the female mannequin of“multi-dimensional fit volume type”is constructed.On this basis,the internal structure and sewing technology of intelligent sports underwear are reversed.Finally,the three-dimensional intelligent sports underwear is expanded to the two-dimensional plane model from multiple angles,and the two-dimensional plane model is evaluated by the intelligent process stitching garments.The evaluation results show that the subjective evaluation index of intelligent sports underwear is more than 4.3 points,and this method could effectively generate the structure plate making,process design and intelligent formation of sports matching shape clothing.
