摘要
为了解决当前黏胶长丝单丝数量人工检测中存在的诸多问题,设计了一种单丝数量检测系统;根据检测要求对系统的关键硬件进行了选型和设计;基于Visual Studio平台开发了与系统硬件相匹配的软件。试验结果显示:新系统对两种类型黏胶长丝单丝数量的测量准确率分别为99%、98.5%,而人工检测率分别为98%、97.75%,说明新系统完全能够替代传统的人工检测,并且具有很好的准确性和高效性。
In order to solve many problems in the manual detection of the number of monofilament in viscose filament,a new machine system for detecting the number of monofilament is designed.The key hardware of the system is selected and designed according to the detection requirements.The software matching the system hardware is developed based on Visual Studio platform.The results show that the accuracy rates of the new system for measuring the number of two types of viscose filament filaments are 99%and 98.5%respectively,while the manual detection rates are 98%and 97.75%respectively.The new system could completely replace the traditional manual detection,and has good accuracy and efficiency.
