远红外3D打印柔性服装面料的制备及性能表征

Preparation and performance characterization of far-infrared 3D printing flexible clothing fabric

摘要 选择石墨烯/水性聚氨酯复配液作为功能整理剂,对3D打印柔性服装面料进行涂层处理,制备远红外3D打印柔性服装面料,并对其舒适性进行测试。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对涂层前后3D打印柔性服装面料的表观形态进行表征。以升温效果为评价指标分析纳米石墨烯质量分数和涂覆量对升温效果的影响,进而确定最佳工艺为石墨烯质量分数2%,涂覆量200 mg/m2。结果表明:在此工艺条件下,3D打印柔性服装面料的远红外发射性能优良,且具有良好的耐久性和服用性能。 The graphene/waterborne polyurethane compound solution is selected as the functional finishing agent,and the 3 D printing flexible clothing fabric is coated to prepare far-infrared 3 D printing flexible clothing fabric,and its fabric comfort is tested.A scanning electron microscope(SEM)is used to characterize the apparent morphology of the 3 D printed flexible garment fabric before and after coating.Taking the heating effect as the evaluation index,the influence of the mass fraction of nano graphene and the coating amount on the heating effect is analyzed,and then the optimum process is determined:the mass fraction of graphene is 2%,and the coating amount is 200 mg/m2.The results show that under this process,the 3 D printed flexible garment fabric has excellent far-infrared emission performance,and has good durability and wearability.
