典型组织织物松紧档疵点成因分析

Cause analysis of the defect of non-net based on typical fabric weave

为了有效控制松紧档疵点,提高织物外观质量和档次,基于力学分析,指出松紧档疵点产生的根本原因主要是打纬力与打纬阻力之间的相对不平衡。选取3/3经重平组织和4/4斜纹组织织物,分析了各纬的开口变化过程,提出了控制织物松紧档疵点的思路:需要在保证织机完好的前提下,合理设置喷气织机工艺参数,优化生产过程管理。

In order to effectively control the defect of non-net and improve the quality and grade of fabric appearance,based on the mechanical analysis,it is pointed out that the root cause of the defect of non-net is the relative imbalance between the beating force and the weft resistance.Taking fabrics with 3/3 rip weave and 4/4 twill weave as examples,the opening change process of each weft is analyzed,and the ideas of controlling the defect of non-net are put forward,that is,it is necessary to set the process parameters of air-jet loom reasonably and optimize the production process management on the premise of ensuring the loom in good condition.
