摘要
基于表里换层组织进行创新纹样设计,并通过电子小样机试织,成功设计出双面配色小花纹织物。织物的几何图案为"T"形,正反面花纹呈阴阳关系,大大丰富了表里换层织物的外观效果。介绍了织物的纹样设计、组织设计和工艺参数设计,并与常规配色模纹织物进行了对比分析。织物可以正反两面互用,用作两面穿外套面料。
Based on the surface and inner layer exchangeable organization,new pattern design is innovated,and a double-sided color effect pattern fabric is successfully designed by using the electronic sample testing loom.The fabric is shown as"T"geometry pattern with positive and negative patterns appeared as opposite relationship.This pattern can greatly enrich the appearance of the surface and inner layer exchangeable fabric.The design of fabric pattern,tissue design and process parameter design are introduced,such fabrics could be used for mutual use on both sides and coat fabrics on both sides.
