葡萄糖还原工业靛蓝对棉针织物的染色工艺 被引量:9

摘要 用葡萄糖代替连二亚硫酸钠还原工业靛蓝上染纯棉针织物。采用正交试验设计,探讨了靛蓝质量浓度、氢氧化钠质量浓度、葡萄糖质量浓度、还原温度、还原时间和染色时间对染色效果的影响。通过分析染色织物的K/S值,得出葡萄糖还原工业靛蓝染色的最优工艺为:靛蓝质量浓度2.5 g/L,氢氧化钠质量浓度40 g/L,葡萄糖质量浓度100 g/L,还原温度50℃,还原时间10 min,染色次数8次。色牢度测试结果显示,该工艺上染的纯棉针织物耐皂洗色牢度为3~4级,干摩擦色牢度为4级,湿摩擦色牢度为3~4级,符合靛蓝染色织物的服用要求。 The glucose is used instead of sodium dithionite to reduce industrial indigo to dye pure cotton knitted fabrics.The effects of indigo concentration,sodium hydroxide concentration,glucose concentration,reduction temperature,reduction time and dyeing time on dyeing effect are studied by orthogonal experiment design.By analyzing the K/S value of dyed fabrics,the optimum process of indigo dyeing with glucose reduction industry is obtained as follows:indigo dosage of 2 g/L,sodium hydroxide dosage of 40 g/L,glucose dosage of100 g/L,reduction temperature of 50℃,reduction time of 20 minutes,and dyeing for of 8 times.According to the fastness test,the soaping fastness of the dyed cotton knitted fabric is grade 3~4,dry rubbing fastness is grade 4 and wet rubbing fastness is grade 3~4,which can meet the requirements of indigo dyed fabric.
