针织无缝跑步运动衫动态压力影响因素分析 被引量:2

Analysis of influencing factors on dynamic pressure of knitted seamless running sweater

摘要 测试了跑步服标准样的胸部、肩部、侧腰、背部、腹部、肘部6个部位的动态压力波动情况,发现肘关节的动态压力曲线有明显的波动,而其他5个部位均未显现出明显的波动。采用正交试验的方法,分析了影响针织运动上衣肘部动态压力的因素,包括原料、组织结构和密度。研究结果表明:肘关节动态压力影响因素主次顺序是密度>组织结构>地纱原料;采用锦氨包覆纱,组织为1+2假罗纹,密度调节值为N10时,肘关节动态压力较舒适。 The dynamic pressure fluctuations in 6 parts of the chest,shoulder,side waist,back,abdomen and elbow are tested at different parts of the standard sample of running clothes.The dynamic pressure curves of the elbow joint are found to fluctuate obviously,while the other 5 parts do not show obvious fluctuation.Then,the factors affecting the dynamic pressure of the elbow in the knitted sports jacket are analyzed by the orthogonal experiment,including the raw material,the structure and the density.The results show that the main order of factors affecting the dynamic pressure of the elbow joint are density>structure>ground yam raw material;the dynamic pressure of the elbow joint is more comfortable when using the nylon covering yam with the 1+2 false rib and the density adjustment value of N10,which can provide the theoretical basis for the design of the elbow of the seamless motion suit.
