摘要
为了探讨茜草染料上染纯棉织物的较优工艺,以媒染剂质量分数、预媒温度、预媒时间、上染温度和上染时间5个参数作为影响因子设计了正交试验,得到较优的媒染工艺为:媒染剂质量分数3%,预媒温度70℃,预媒时间50 min,上染温度80℃,上染时间30 min。然后采用较优预媒工艺和直接染色工艺上染纯棉织物,染色织物表现出一定的染色性能、抗菌性能及防紫外能力,且媒染剂有助于增强其染色性能和防紫外能力,但会弱化抗菌性能。
To investigate the optimum pre-mordant dyeing process of madder dyeing on cotton fabric,an orthogonal test is designed based on the five parameters of mordant dosage,pre-mordanting temperature and time,dyeing temperature and time as impact factors.The optimum pre-mordant dyeing process is:pre-mordant at 70℃for 50 min with mordant 3%,and following by dyeing at 80℃for 30 min.The results show that pure cotton fabrics dyed with pre-mordant dyeing process and direct dyeing process respectively have certain dyeing performance,anti-bacterial performance and anti-UV ability.Moreover,the mordant is helpful to enhance the dyeing performance and anti-UV ability,but it would weaken the anti-bacterial performance of the dyed fabric.
