紫甘薯色素的提取及在羊毛面料染色中的应用 被引量:3

Extraction of purple sweet potato pigment and its application in dyeing and functional design of wool fabric

摘要 采用超声辅助进行紫甘薯色素的提取,探讨了提取溶剂、料液比、超声功率和超声时间对提取效果的影响。得到较优提取工艺如下:以12%柠檬酸为提取溶剂,料液比1∶30,超声功率300 W,超声提取时间20 min,重复操作3次。羊毛织物分别采用直接染色和金属媒染进行紫甘薯色素的上染。结果显示:羊毛织物的染色深度较低且染色牢度一般,但抑菌效果明显提升,电镜分析(SEM)和红外光谱分析(FTIR)也证明了紫甘薯红色素在织物上的存在。金属媒染剂的加入可以有效提高织物的上染深度。 The extraction of purple sweet potato pigment is carried out by ultrasonic assisted extraction.The effects of solvent,material-liquid ratio,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time on the extraction effect are discussed.The optimum extraction process is obtained as follows:12% citric acid is used as extraction solvent,the ratio of material to liquid is 1:30,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic extraction time are 300 W and 20 min respectively,and repeated operation is carried out for three times.Then wool fabric is dyed with purple sweet potato pigment by direct dyeing and metal-mordant dyeing respectively.The results show that the dyeing depth of wool fabric is low and the dyeing fastness is general,but the bacteriostatic effect of wool fabric is improved obviously.SEM and FTIR also confirm the existence of purple sweet potato pigment on the fabric.The addition of metal mordant could effectively improve the dyeing depth of the fabric.
