摘要
以硫酸铜和硫代硫酸钠为原料,采用简单的化学浴沉积法成功制备了CuS导电纱线。采用电性能、X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)和热分析(TG)等多种手段对样品进行表征。通过施加一定电压,观察CuS导电纱线的电加热行为。结果表明:所制备的CuS导电纱线具有较低的电阻,最低达21.58Ω;当施加3~7 V电压时,温度可达到32℃~78.1℃;CuS导电纱线具有很好的导电性和加热行为,在人体可穿戴或生物医用领域具有广阔的应用前景。
The copper sulfate and sodium thiosulfate are used as raw materials,CuS conductive yarns are successfully prepared by simple chemical bath deposition.The samples are characterized by electrical properties,X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and thermal analysis(TG).The electric heating behavior of the CuS conductive yarn is observed by applying a certain voltage.The results show that the prepared CuS conductive yarn has a lower resistance with the lowest of 21.58 Ω.When applying a voltage of 3~7 V,the temperature could reach 32℃~78.1℃ CuS conductive yarn has good electrical conductivity and heating behavior,which could provide a wide range of applications in human wearable or biomedical applications.
