摘要
文章基于大学生生涯自我效能感提升小组的行动实践,以抗逆力理论为视角,结合个体“知情意行”的心理活动过程,探讨小组工作的干预成效与作用机制。研究发现:小组工作能够促进组员对自我的客观认知,疏解压力情绪,加强应对生涯问题的社会支持,帮助提升生涯行动力。其作用机制包括团体中自助与互助的效能助推力,生涯抗逆力影响下实现个体认知与行为调节的积极内生力,小组活动中“知情意行”的应用促进提升个体效能与生涯行动力,社会工作者立足个体强项进行充权以提升大学生生涯自我效能感的协调整合效力。
The article is based on the practical actions of a group aimed at enhancing university students’career self-efficacy,using resilience theory as a perspective.It combines the psychological activity process of individual“cognition,emotion,intention,and action”to explore the intervention effects and mechanisms of group work.The study finds that group work can promote members’objective self-awareness and alleviate emotional stress.Additionally,group work can strengthen social support for addressing career issues and help enhance career initiative.The mechanisms are as follows:the efficacy boost from self-help and mutual aid within the group,the positive intrinsic force for cognitive and behavioral adjustment under career resilience,the application of“cognition,emotion,intention,and action”in group activities to enhance individual efficacy and career initiative,and the coordinating and integrating effect of social workers empowering individuals based on their strengths to improve career self-efficacy among university students.
