社会工作伦理行为影响因素的质性分析——以A大社会工作实习生为例

A Qualitative Analysis of Factors Influencing Ethical Behavior in Social Work:A Case Study of Social Work Interns at University A

社会工作伦理是社会工作的生命线,也是推动我国社会工作进一步发展的重要因素。运用扎根理论分析社会工作实习生的访谈资料,发现其伦理行为主要表现为选择性忽视、依赖默会知识与目的性导向。影响因素涉及个人能力不足、机构管理制度不完善和学校支持不足。针对这些发现,尝试提出改善措施,旨在从个人、机构和学校三个维度提升实习生的伦理行为。

Ethical behavior in social work is the lifeline of the profession and an important factor in advancing social work in China.Using grounded theory to analyze interview data from social work interns,it was found that the ethical behavior mainly manifested as selective neglect,reliance on tacit knowledge,and purpose-oriented actions.The influencing factors include insufficient personal capabilities,inadequate institutional management systems,and lack of school support.Based on these findings,the paper attempts to propose improvement measures aimed at enhancing ethical behavior among interns from the perspectives of individuals,institutions,and schools.
