摘要
目前有关社会工作督导的实证研究明显不足,特别是关于本土社会工作督导的定量研究尚属空白。基于2019年中国社会工作动态调查数据,文章以193名珠三角地区的社会工作督导为研究对象,探讨社会工作督导人才培养现状,发现本土督导面临工作量大、工作压力大、薪资低、专业教育缺乏、社会支持力度薄弱等问题。同时,督导的工作表现和工作能力受离职想法、工作满意度和生活满意度等因素的显著影响。基于此,文章建议推动督导体系的本土化进程、加快督导制度的标准化建设、建立督导薪酬体制的合理化分层,以促进珠三角地区社会工作督导人才向"高精专"方向发展。
At present,the empirical research on social work supervisors is obviously insufficient,especially the quantitative research on local social work supervisors is still blank.Based on the China Social Work Longitudinal Study(CSWLS)2019,the article with 193 social work supervisors in the Pearl River Delta region as the study object,to discuss the current situation of social work supervisor talent training,found that local supervisors face heavy workload,work pressure,low salary,lack of professional education,social support and weak challenges.At the same time,the work performance and work ability of the supervisors are significantly affected by factors such as resignation ideas,job satisfaction and life satisfaction.Based on this,the article suggests that we promote the localization process of supervisor system,accelerate the standardization construction of supervisor system,and establish the reasonable stratification of supervisor salary system,so as to promote the development of social work supervisors in the Pearl River Delta region to the direction of“high precision and specialization”.
