“六治融合”视角下的城市老旧小区治理研究——以北京市朝阳区望京街道花家地西里社区治理为例

Research on the Governance of Old Urban Communities from the Perspective of “Integration of Six Governance”

老旧小区治理是我国城市社区治理过程中的难点。如何针对老旧小区现状,提升治理水平和能力,让安居其中的居民能够获得幸福感,成为城市社区治理研究的一个重要课题。文章从我国城市老旧小区治理现状入手,运用SWOT分析方法,梳理老旧小区治理环境的优势、劣势、机会、挑战四个维度的相关因素,结合北京市朝阳区望京街道花家地西里社区治理实践,提出"六治融合"社区治理模式和经过验证的保障其能够落地实施的六项治理机制。

Old community governance is a difficult point in the process of urban community governance in China.How to improve the governance level and ability according to the current situation of the old community,so that the residents living in it can get a sense of happiness,has become an important topic in the research of urban community governance.Starting with the current situation of urban old community governance in China,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to sort out the relevant factors in the four dimensions of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of the old community governance environment,combined with the governance practice of Huajiadi Xili community,Wangjing street,Chaoyang District,Beijing,Put forward the“six governance integration”community governance model and six proven governance mechanisms to ensure its implementation.
