基于青少年子女社会性发展的亲职教育必要性与实施策略研究

A Study on the Necessity and Implementation Strategies of Parental Education Based on the Social Development of Adolescents

家庭环境是影响个体社会性最为重要的因素之一。亲职教育活动通过向父母提供教养子女的知识、技能、方法、观念以及态度,可以使家长更有效地认识并履行作为父母的职责,有效改善子女健康成长环境,实现提升青少年社会性水平的目标。根据山东省444名学生家长为问卷调查对象的数据统计分析结果,全面了解目前学生家长对亲职教育认同度、参与经历和参与需求等基本状况,分析开展亲职教育活动对青少年社会性发展的正向促进作用。据此提出了发挥学校开展亲职教育的主渠道作用,创新社区在亲职教育工作的本地化格局,最终构建专业化的亲职教育社会服务体系的"家校共育、校区共建,由表及里、提升内涵"实施策略。

Family environment is one of the most important factors affecting the individual sociality.Through providing parents with knowledge,skills,methods,concepts,attitudes and attitude of parenting children,vocational education activities can make parents more effectively understand and perform their duties as parents,effectively improve the healthy growth environment of children,and achieve the goal of improving the social level of teenagers.According to the statistical analysis results of 444 parents in Shandong Province as the questionnaire respondents,students have a comprehensive understanding of the basic status of the recognition,participation experience and needs of vocational education,and analyzed the positive role of vocational education activities on promoting the social development of teenagers.Accordingly,the paper puts forward the implementation strategy to give full play to the role of the school in carrying out vocational education,innovate the localization pattern of the community in the vocational education work,and finally build a professional family-school co-education,campus construction,improve the social service system.
