养老社区营造视角下的老年人生活质量——基于上海市Q养老社区的实证研究

Life Quality of the Elderly in the Aging Community from the Perspective of Community Construction——A Case Study of Q Elderly Care Community in Shanghai

养老社区,作为一项养老产业市场化的产物,日益受到重视。以"社区营造"作为分析视角,以上海市Q养老社区为个案研究,结合文献综述与质性访谈,得出以下结论:养老社区社会参与、文化塑造、环境设计和资源利用等层面的营造会影响老年人的生活质量;同时老年人通过社区参与、提供意见,参与到社区营造之中。优化目前养老社区营造要综合考虑服务理念、环境营造和专业服务等方面,为实现"老有所养、老有所乐、老有所学、老有所为"提供另一种市场化的选择。

Aging community,as a marketable choice for the aged industry,has gained more attention.This paper takes"community construction"as an analytical perspective,uses Shanghai Q elderly care community as a case study,and combines both literature review and qualitative interviews.The results show that the overall construction of elderly care community including social participation,cultural cultivation,environmental design and resource utilization will affect the life qualities of the elderly.At the same time,the old people participate in community construction via contributing ideas and performing as active agents.To optimize the construction of the community for the aged,the service values,environmental construction and professional services should be taken into consideration.This paper further provides another market-oriented choice for the realization of"the elderly have something to care for,something to enjoy,something to learn and something to do".
