推进习近平法治思想“三进”与培养高素质法治人才的思考——以高职法律教育为视角

The Thinking of Promoting the"Three Entries"of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and Cultivating High-quality Legal Talents——From the Perspective of Higher Vocational Legal Education

高职法律教育要以习近平法治思想为指引,培养具有坚定理想信念的高素质法治人才。习近平法治思想的独创性和原创性,丰富和发展了法治理论,是法治人才培养的指导思想。推进习近平法治思想“三进”,使学生坚定正确的政治方向,树立坚持全面依法治国的理论自信、道路自信。习近平法治思想“三进”对高职法律院校育人提出了新的要求:以进教材为基础,形成反映习近平法治思想的系统教学资源体系;以进课堂为核心,进行全方位的习近平法治思想的传授;以进头脑为目标,实现高素质法治人才培养的目标。另外,实现习近平法治思想“三进”,还需要建立完善的保障机制。

Higher vocational legal education should be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and cultivate the legal talents with firm ideals and beliefs.The originality of Xi Jinping thought enriches and develops the rule of law theory,which is the guiding ideology for the cultivation of legal talents.It is necessary to promote the"Three Entries"of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,so that students can firmly adhere to the correct political direction,establish theoretical confidence and road confidence in adhering to the comprehensive rule of law.The"Three Entries"of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law has put forward new requirements for the education of higher vocational legal colleges:based on the textbooks,a systematic teaching resource system reflecting Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law should be formed;Taking entering the classroom as the core,comprehensively imparting the concept of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law;With the goal of improving one's thinking,we aim to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality legal talents.In addition,to realize the"Three Entries"of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,it’s necessary to establish a thorough guarantee mechanism.
