警察类院校基层党建引领基层治理的路径探析

警察类院校鲜明的政治属性和办学目标,决定了党的建设与基层治理的目标是一致和相互促进的,必须始终把党的领导贯穿基层治理全过程,同时,基层治理成效又是对党建工作的有效检验。警察类院校在加强基层党的建设、强化党建引领基层治理、提升基层治理成效等方面仍存在一些短板弱项。为此,要把政治建设摆在首位,增强基层党组织的政治功能和组织功能,创新党建方式方法,增强党建引领基层治理,提升基层治理效能,推动党建业务融合发展。

The distinct political attributes and educational objectives of police academies determine that the goals of party building and grassroots governance are consistent and mutually promoting.The party leadership must always run through the whole process of grassroots governance.At the same time,the effectiveness of grassroots governance is an effective test of the work of party construction.There are still some weaknesses in the police academies in strengthening the party building at the grassroots level,strengthening the party building leading the grassroots governance,and improving the effectiveness of grassroots governance.Therefore,we must prioritize political construction,enhance the political and organizational functions of grassroots party organizations,innovate party building methods,enhance party building leadership in grassroots governance,enhance the effectiveness of grassroots governance,and promote the integrated development of party building business.
