Exploring the Path of Socialization Extension of Judicial Administration Drug Rehabilitation

戒毒工作社会化是我国当前和今后禁毒系统工程中的一项重要工作。强制隔离戒毒所在完成所内戒治后,通过跟踪回访、衔接地方、帮扶延伸等推动戒毒工作社会化,但面临诸多困境。分析如何破解强制隔离戒毒与社区戒毒、社区康复等戒毒措施的割裂问题,提出健全服务体系、借鉴国外模式、保障资金投入、培养人才梯队等措施,为戒毒工作社会化探索一条行之有效的路径。

The socialization of drug rehabilitation is an important task in China's current and future drug control system engineering.After the completion of the rehabilitation,the compulsory isolation and drug rehabilitation center promotes the socialization of drug rehabilitation work through tracking and follow-up visits,connecting with local areas,and extending assistance,but there are still many difficulties.This paper analyzes how to solve the separation problem between compulsory isolation and detoxification and community drug rehabilitation measures,and puts forward measures such as improving the service system,learning from foreign models,ensuring funding investment,and cultivating talent teams,so as to explore an effective path for the socialization of drug rehabilitation.
