戒毒康复工作质量提升的途径探析

On Measures to Improve Drug Rehabilitation Quality

采取现场调查、文献比较、座谈研讨等形式,系统研究戒毒康复工作的历史和现状,总结戒毒康复工作的六个方面意义,分析总结当前戒毒康复工作存在的顶层设计、人员配备、经费保障、管理制度、功能定位、专业戒治等方面的问题,提出了提高思想认识、创新专业戒治、完善制度机制、强化社会合作等推动戒毒康复工作科学发展的实现途径。

By means of field investigation,literature comparison and discussion,we have systematically studied the history and present situation of drug rehabilitation work.Six significances of the drug rehabilitation have been summarized.Problems in the present work have also been analyzed in terms of the top-level design,staff allocation,funding support,management system,functional orientation,and professional treatment.Besides,some measures have been proposed to promote the scientific development of drug rehabilitation,such as improving the understanding,innovating the professional treatment,upgrading the systematic mechanism,strengthening the social cooperation,and so on.
