Career Education for College Students under Mechanism of Convenient Police Enrollment:Problems and Solutions

在便捷入警机制下,司法警官院校大学生职业生涯教育的工作逻辑发生变化,由原来注重就业率转变为更注重职业素质培养,为大学生职业生涯教育工作带来了新的机遇和挑战。但目前司法警官院校大学生职业生涯教育工作仍存在不少薄弱环节,需要完善职业规划课程体系建设,开拓生涯教育第二课堂空间,促进大学生职业生涯教育与专业教育相结合,实现全员、全方位、全过程育人,助力司法系统后备人才的培养。

Under the mechanism of convenient police enrollment,the working logic and focus of career education for college students at judicial police academies have been shifted from employment rate to the cultivation of professional quality,which has brought about new opportunities and challenges.At present,however,there are still many problems in the career education at the judicial police academies.It is essential to improve the curriculum for career planning,expand space for the second-classroom of career education,further the integration of career education with specialty education,and achieve a full and comprehensive education so as to facilitate the cultivation of reserve talents for the judicial organizations.
