An Analysis of Common Chronic Diseases and Physical Examination Results of Novel Drug Addicts

目的:分析吸食新型毒品与传统毒品戒毒人员在常见慢性病、健康体检方面的异同,为今后的医疗处置提供参考。方法:对某所2016年7月至2020年12月收戒的1185名强制隔离戒毒人员的体检和日常就诊资料进行回顾性统计分析。结果:新型毒品组慢性病毒性肝炎、高血压病、精神障碍、糖尿病、梅毒感染占比分别为14.39%、13.69%、4.61%、1.68%、10.34%。新型毒品组精神障碍、梅毒感染占比高于传统毒品组。结论:当前戒毒场所重点关注的慢性病种有慢性病毒性肝炎、高血压病、精神障碍。梅毒感染高阳性率也不容忽视。戒毒场所应针对不同的病种特点,加强医疗处置与管理工作。

The objective of the study is to analyze the similarities and differences in common chronic diseases and physical examinations between novel drug addicts and those abusing traditional drugs,so as to provide references for future medical treatment.Methods:A retrospective statistical analysis was performed on the physical examination and daily consultation data of 1185 drug addicts under compulsory drug rehabilitation who were admitted at a certain drug rehabilitation center from July 2016 to December 2020.Results:The proportions of chronic viral hepatitis,hypertension,mental disorders,diabetes,and syphilis infections in the novel drug group were 14.39%,13.69%,4.61%,1.68%,and 10.34%,respectively.The proportions of mental disorders and syphilis infections in the novel drug group were higher than those in the traditional drug group.Conclusion:The chronic diseases that need to be concerned with nowadays at the drug rehabilitation centers include chronic viral hepatitis,hypertension,and mental disorders.The high rate of syphilis infection cases cannot be ignored,either.Medical treatment and management should be strengthened in terms of the characteristics of different diseases at these drug rehabilitation centers.
