On Specialty Construction and Talent Cultivation for Drug Rehabilitation

专门培养高素质戒毒警务人才是司法警官院校的办学特色,也是司法体制改革过程中推动司法行政队伍专业化建设的适应性举措。现阶段,司法警官院校戒毒专业人才培养中还存在目标与定位不够清晰、戒毒专业设置与队伍建设要求不同步、依托培养的学历层次与队伍建设要求不一致等问题。有必要区分高职教育和本科教育的戒毒警务人才培养方式,从专业内容建设、专业方向调整和拓宽学历提升渠道三个方面寻找人才培养与队伍专业化建设之间的契合性。

One of the features of judicial police academies is their specialization in turning out high-quality police officers for drug rehabilitation,which is also an adaptive measure to promote professionalization of judicial administrative team work in the process of judicial systematic reform.At present,there are still some problems in the talent cultivation of drug rehabilitation specialty in judicial police academies,such as unclear objective or orientation,lack of synchronization between specialty settings and requirements for team building,and the inconsistency of the educational qualification and the demands of team building.It is necessary to differentiate the talent cultivation methods for drug rehabilitation at polytechnic and undergraduate levels,and to find the compatibility between talent cultivation and professionalization of team work in terms of content construction,orientation adjustment,and extended channels for educational qualification.
