罪犯因病死亡是监狱医院无法避免而又必须高度重视、妥善处置的问题。罪犯、罪犯家属、监狱、监狱医院各方之间错综复杂的关系影响着罪犯死亡善后处置工作的进程与结果,监狱必须重视并处置好多方关系,改进监狱工作方式方法,推进罪犯死亡善后处置工作的顺利完成,以此检验并提升监狱工作法治化水平。

An offender’s death because of illness is an unavoidable problem that prison hospitals must concern and cope with properly.The intricate relations between offenders,their families,prison authorities,and prison hospitals may influence the process and results of the aftermath of their death.The prison authorities must pay attention to these relations and handle them properly,improve the means and methods of prison work,and facilitate the smooth settlement of aftermath of the offenders’death,through which the governance of law at prison facilities can be evaluated and improved.
