短刑期女犯犯因性问题调查问卷的研制

On Formulation of Questionnaire for Short-Term Female Convicts Committing Sexual Offenses

罪犯犯因性问题分析是罪犯矫正的重要组成部分,也是攻心治本之策,是从根本上降低罪犯重新犯罪率的重要突破口。本研究以某女子监狱826名女犯为研究对象,经文献回顾和半结构访谈初步形成条目池,经过专家咨询筛选条目,初步形成短刑期女犯犯因性问题调查问卷并进行项目分析、信效度检验。数据分析结果表明:正式问卷由9个维度共计41个条目组成,其信效度均在心理测量学可接受范围。

A study of the convicts who have committed sexual offenses is not only an important part of criminal rehabilitation,but a key measure for reducing recidivism from the roots.Taking 826 female convicts in a women’s prison as the research object,we have initially collected an item pool by means of literature review and semi-structured interviews and then,through expert consultation and selection,formulated a questionnaire for the short-term female convicts who have committed sexual offenses.Besides,item analysis and the test of the reliability and validity have also been conducted.The data analysis results show that the formal questionnaire consists of a total of 41 items in 9 dimensions,and its reliability and validity are within the acceptable range of psychometrics.
