滥用冰毒戒毒人员戒断满三年情况调查

An Investigation of Drug Addicts with Three-Year Abstinence from Abusing Methamphetamine

为探究滥用冰毒戒毒人员戒除毒瘾有效路径,采取问卷调查法和访谈法,对220名戒断满3年人员的家庭情况、就业情况、复吸可能性、社会支持情况及保持戒断原因等进行调查。调查结果显示,戒毒人员成功保持戒毒操守,主要有四个因素起到重要作用:即强制隔离戒毒在保持戒断中发挥基础性奠基作用;良好的社会支持在保持戒断中发挥主要作用;自我控制在保持戒断中发挥决定性作用;无毒社会环境在保持戒断中发挥保障性作用。

To explore an effective way of abstinence from abusing methamphetamine,questionnaire and interview methods were applied to investigate 220 abusers with three-year abstinence in terms of their family,employment,possibility of recidivism,social support,and reasons for keeping abstinent.As indicated in the results of the survey,four factors play a key role in the success of drug addicts in maintaining abstinence from methamphetamine,that is,the fundamental role of compulsorily isolated drug rehabilitation,the major role of excellent social support,the vital role of self control,and the protective role of drug-free social environment.
