疫情防控期间封闭隔离戒毒警察心理健康状况研究

On Mental Health of Drug Correction Police Officers in Enclosed Isolation during Period of Epidemic

保持良好的警队心理健康是疫情防控期间推进场所各项工作安全有序开展的前提和保障。为监测和研究疫情防控期间封闭隔离戒毒警察的心理健康及变化状况,了解影响警察心理健康变化的因素,本研究采用SCL-90、自编封闭警察心理变化影响因素调查问卷等形式,对广东省某强制隔离戒毒所所内隔离值勤、一号楼全封闭备勤、戒毒院区全封闭值班等三个层次,共351名警察进行了调查。结果显示:封闭警察在人际敏感、焦虑、偏执等因子阳性症状比例较高,其心理健康和生理症状均不容乐观,在经过调适和干预后,警察心理健康状况逐渐回归正常化,警队战斗力凸显。疫情防控期间影响封闭值班警察心理健康的因素,主要包括领导带头、个人认知、家庭因素、执法安全、生理疾病、情绪疏导、个体应对疫情采取方式、团队核心影响力以及后勤保障等方面。

To help police officers maintain good mental health is a prerequisite and guarantee for the safe and orderly performance of various work at the drug rehabilitation centers during the period of epidemic.In order to monitor and study the mental health and possible changes of drug correction police officers in enclosed isolation during the period of epidemic,and to explore the factors that may affect their mental health,we conducted the survey by means of SCL-90 and self-compiled questionnaires with regard to the psychological changes of the police officers at enclosed Guangdong Provincial Zengcheng Compulsorily-Isolated Drug Rehabilitation Center.A total of 351 police officers at three tiers were involved in the investigation,including those on duty at the isolated center,the backup officers in fully-enclosed Building No.1,and those on duty in the fully-enclosed ward.The results showed that the police officers had a higher proportion of positive symptoms of factors like interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,and paranoia.What’s more,neither their mental health nor their physical conditions were optimistic.After adjustment and intervention,these police officers could gradually return to normal in mental health and retrieve their working capability.The factors that may affect the mental health of the police officers on duty during the period of epidemic mainly include leadership,personal understanding,family factors,law enforcement safety,physical illness,emotional counseling,individual response to the epidemic,core influence of team,and logistical supports.
