乡镇治理是社会治理体系现代化的基础,也是实施乡村振兴战略的重要保障。面对目前乡村社会矛盾多发的情形,吸收优秀律师组建法律顾问团,是整合优质法律资源、推进法治政府建设、促进依法行政的有益探索,也是运用法治思维和法治方式化解社会矛盾、推进基层治理法治化、促进社会和谐稳定的有效途径。

Township governance is the basis for the modernization of social ruling system and is an important guarantee for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. In view of the frequent social conflicts in rural areas, involving outstanding lawyers in a legal advisory group is a practicable approach to integrate high-quality legal resources, facilitate the construction of rule-of-law government, and promote administration in accordance with law. It is also an effective measure to resolve social conflicts under rule of law, promote grass-roots governance by law, and ensure social harmony and stability.
