论习近平法治思想中的法学教育理论

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央对新时代中国法学教育工作作出了战略思考和谋划,提出了一系列具有时代性、标志性、原创性的新理念新思想新战略,形成了科学化现代化的法学教育理论。法学教育理论是习近平法治思想的重要组成部分,包括法学教育方向论、法学教育地位论、法学教育关系论、法学教育管理论、法学教育体系论、涉外法学教育论、法学教师队伍建设论等七个板块。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the Core has made strategic thinking and planning for legal education in the new era,proposed a series of new concepts,ideas,and strategies with epochal,iconic,and original characteristics,and formed a scientific and modern legal education theory.The theory of legal education is an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,which includes the ideas of the direction of legal education,the status of legal education,the relationships in legal education,the management of legal education,the system of legal education,foreign legal education,and the construction of legal teacher team.
