摘要
葡萄牙拥有通往全球的海上航线,具有独特的连通优势。作为葡萄牙最繁忙的海港,锡尼什港有望成为中葡商业合作的新平台,在"一带一路"中发挥重要的节点作用。近日,葡萄牙政府正式批准总投资额6.42亿欧元的锡尼什港达伽马货柜码头的建设计划,将通过国际公开招投标方式实现。针对这一情况,本文在全面分析锡尼什港地缘优势的基础上,结合当前我国与葡萄牙的合作现状及中资企业在海外港口的投资情况,对中资企业投资锡尼什港提出建议。
Portugal has maritime routes to the whole world with unique connectivity advantages.As the busiest port in Portugal,Sines is expected to become a new platform for Sino-Portuguese business cooperation and play an important role in"the Belt and Road".Recently,the Portuguese government officially approved the construction plan of Vasco da Gama Container Terminal in Sines with a total investment of 642 million euros,which will be realized through international public bidding.In response to this situation,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the geographic advantages of Sines,this paper puts forward some suggestions for Chinese-funded enterprises to invest in Sines in the light of the current cooperation between China and Portugal,and also the investment situation of Chinese-funded enterprises in overseas ports.
