隧道施工救生舱设备研发及工程应用

Research and application of the equipment for tunnel construction life saving cabin

摘要 针对目前国内软弱围岩隧道施工中易发的"关门式"坍方事故,结合隧道施工抢险救援实践经验,提出隧道施工救生舱新理念,通过数值模拟、测试试验等方法,研发和制造了隧道施工救生舱设备,填补了国内隧道施工救生设备的空白,解决了软弱围岩隧道发生关门坍方事故后人员被困、施救难度大的救援难题,可大幅度降低甚至消除该类事故引起的人员伤亡,为软弱围岩隧道的安全施工提供了有效保障,可在类似工程中推广应用。 This study aimed at the present situation of domestic construction in weak rock tunnel was used"close type"of the cave-in,combined with the tunnel construction emergency rescue practice experience,put forward a new idea of tunnel construction capsule,through science and technology research,development and manufacture of the tunnel construction capsule device,filled the domestic blank of tunnel construction life-saving equipment,to solve the weak rock tunnel was closed and rescue personnel trapped after a cave-in of the rescue,could greatly reduce or even eliminate this kind of accident caused casualties,for the effective guarantee for the safe construction in weak rock tunnel,could be applied in the similar engineering.
