井下凿岩设备液压系统的污染与控制

摘要 桦树沟矿区在进行井下生产工作时,井下凿岩设备具有运行环境差、各部位动作频繁、精密度高及系统复杂等特性,使得设备液压系统油品极易受到污染。针对这种情况,通过归纳总结矿山井下凿岩设备液压系统常见的污染物及其危害,分析污染产生的主要原因,找出了控制液压系统污染的相关措施,从而保证了液压系统的高效稳定运作。 During underground production in Huashugou mining area,the underground rock drilling equipment has the characteristics of poor operating environment,frequent action of various parts,high precision and complex system,which makes the oil products of the equipment hydraulic system very easy to be polluted.In view of this situation,this paper summarizes the common pollutants and their hazards of the hydraulic system of underground rock drilling equipment in mines,analyzes the main causes of pollution,and finds out the relevant control measures for the pollution of the hydraulic system,so as to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the hydraulic system.
