摘要
在综合机械化掘进工作面的掘进过程中,因掘进机司机水平不一导致巷道成形时出现超挖、欠挖现象,针对这一问题,通过对多个解决方案进行对比分析,探讨研制出一种全断面激光指向成形装置,对该装置的结构及工作原理进行介绍,并将其应用于实际工作面的掘进中,取得了良好的应用效果。
In the excavation process of comprehensive mechanized heading face,the over excavation and under excavation of roadway formation are caused by the different level of roadheader drivers.In view of this problem,through the comparative analysis of several solutions,a full section laser pointing forming device is discussed and developed,and the structure and working principle of the device are introduced,which has been applied to the excavation of the actual working face and achieved good application results.
