摘要
通过介绍钢铁行业当前高炉热风炉燃烧控制的现状,对智能燃烧控制技术在高炉热风炉的应用进行分析,并给出采用智能燃烧控制系统后高炉热风炉进行燃烧控制的实际效果的客观数据,结果表明,该技术能在稳定燃烧的基础上实现最大限度的节能,节能减排效果显著,同时也推动了智能燃烧控制系统在钢铁企业中的进一步发展。
By introducing the current situation of combustion control of blast furnace hot blast stove in iron and steel industry,this paper analyzes the application of intelligent combustion control technology in blast furnace hot blast stove,and gives the objective data of the actual effect of combustion control of blast furnace hot blast stove after using intelligent combustion control system.The results show that this technology can achieve maximum energy saving on the basis of stable combustion.The effect of energy saving and emission reduction is remarkable,which promotes the further development of intelligent combustion control system in iron and steel enterprises.
