奥斯麦特炼铅过程中泡沫渣的形成与预防

摘要 在平炉、转炉、电弧炉以及熔融还原等许多冶金过程中,泡沫渣都广泛存在,而奥斯麦特法是在熔池内的熔体-炉料-气体之间造成强烈的揽拌与混合,泡沫渣的产生更是不可避免。泡沫渣的产生将会影响铅渣分离,导致粗铅和炉渣的排放困难,严重时泡沫渣将会从炉内喷出,对设备造成危害,甚至危及生命安全。于是根据工艺流程分析了气体来源、泡沫形成,结合生产实践,提出了检测、应对和预防措施。 In many metallurgical processes,such as open-hearth furnace,converter,electric arc furnace and smelting reduction,foamed slag widely exists,but Ausmelt process causes strong stirring and mixing between melt-charge-gas in the bath,the generation of foam slag is inevitable.The generation of foamed slag will affect the separation of lead and slag,which will lead to the difficulty of discharging crude lead and slag.In this paper,the gas source and foam formation are analyzed according to the process flow,and the detection,response and prevention measures are put forward according to the production practice.
